WE GOT YOU.

Have family members asked you wedding related questions since being engaged, and suddenly you realize that there are many moving parts to hosting a wedding?

We get it, weddings are overwhelming. Juggling 12-20 wedding vendors is almost like having a second job. By hiring Lila Lane, we take that stress off of you, and the next time a family member asks you a question your response is “my planner is handling it”.

Upon hiring Lila Lane we will share a step-by-step planning guide of what the coming months look like. Partial planning and full service planning include design. Meaning we take your 5 pinterest pictures and create an entire design deck to share with your wedding team. This is the magic behind creating a cohesive event.

Be on the lookout for a welcome email. You will find a couple's questionnaire, useful resources for planning, and what to expect from us in the coming months.

questions

frequently asked

On wedding days, how many planners are working an event?

Do you travel?

Do you help with setting up decorations?

How many planners are on your team?

Once we sign the contract and pay the deposit, what happens next?

What is something I would splurge on for the wedding day that makes a big impact?

What is your most popular package?

Yes, we love traveling for events. Our typical locations include the I-35 cooridor from Georgetown to San Antonio, and then west to Fredricksburg. We are located in New Braunfels, the perfect location to be able to travel for our couples.

You will always have a head planner and an assistant. Depending on your guest count, your planner might require additional assistants.

We help setup your entry table; card box, guestbook, pictures, etc. We require our couples to hire a full-service florist, as florist are the fairy Godmothers of weddings.

Our partial planning package is most common among Lila Lane couples. This package includes assistance with design, vendor referrals, a timeline to assistant you in booking vendors, multiple planner-client meetings, and more!

There are two lead planners, Ashtyn Burttschell and Maria Slaughter. We then have a team of assistants who help us on the day of the event.

You will receive a welcome email that lays out the upcoming steps based on the services you selected.

I would splurge on wedding stationery, as it makes such an impact in the overall feel of your event. The welcome sign, bar menus, seating chart, and table numbers, create an ambiance that is not overlooked.  The second thing that I would splurge on are linens. There are countless companies that specialize in unique table settings, and when working on the design the linens complete the look.
